BRAND NEW SHED FOR SALE
Woodborough Parish Council has a new shed for sale following an incorrect delivery. The seller does not want the item returned and has given the Parish Council permission to dispose of the item as it sees fit.
If you are interested in buying the shed, please submit a sealed bid to the Clerk by Monday 28th January at 4 Knighton Rd, Woodthorpe, Nottingham NG5 4FL. Please mark the envelope “SHED”.
Bids will be opened on Tuesday 29th January and the shed will be sold to the highest bidder. The money will be put towards Village Hall improvements.

- Manufactured from low maintenance ribbed steel sheeting.
- Hinged double doors with gable end roof.
- “Snaptite” assembly system and pre-drilled holes for fast assembly (comes flat packed).
- Comprehensive instructions included.
Note – This shed does not come with a base or anchor bolts. A solid concrete plinth or substantial wooden base made from treated timber needs to be built prior to assembly of the shed. 12 anchor bolts, brackets and nuts and bolts need to be purchased separately.
