My name is Averil Marczak and I am the Parish Clerk. I look forward to working with the Parish Council and hope in time to meet many of the residents of the parish. My e-mail address is Averil Marczak Parish Council meetings are held on the first Monday each month, I am responsible for the Agenda, Minutes and all business arising from the meetings. If you wish anything to be discussed at a meeting, please let me know by the Monday prior to the meeting, so that I can include it on the Agenda. Members of the public are always welcome to attend parish council meetings. I am also responsible for keeping the cemetery records, if you have any queries at all regarding the cemetery I am happy to help. I am also the Responsible Financial Officer which involves keeping regular accounts and preparing the accounts for audit. * * * * * |
