Our Village Hall
Woodborough Parish Council is proud of its village hall and the facilities that it offers to the parish. The village hall was built in 1973 and is at the heart of village life. Woodborough Village Hall is the meeting place for many community groups and home to Woodborough Pre-school.
The hall is available for private functions and early booking is advised.Bookings made by non residents are limited to events for 50 people.
Main Hall
The main hall has a capacity of 200, if seated theatre style. A maximum of 150 can be accommodated to sit and eat at tables. The approximate dimensions of the main hall are 15.8m long x 9.1m wide x 3.6m high.
There is also a committee room suitable for meetings (approximate dimensions 5.4m long x 3.8m wide) and a kitchen with a dishwasher. There is car parking for 50 cars.

Rates
Our hourly charges for the main hall are as follows:

| Woodborough Residents | £14 / hour | £16 / hour | £19 / hour |
| Non-residents | £21 / hour | £23 / hour | £26 / hour |
*Between November 1 and March 1 we charge an additional £3 per hour for party bookings to take into account the costs of heating the hall for your event.
NB – If you are booking a party, the minimum hire period is 3 hours.
